Use these starting points to choose a balanced fixture size and hanging height. Every room is different—our team is happy to review your measurements before you order.

Leave room between pendants
Start with 24–30 in between fixtures and keep the outer pendants at least 6 in from each island edge. Hang 30–36 in above the counter.
Room-size formulaAdd room length + width in feet. Use the same number in inches as an approximate chandelier diameter.
Walkway clearanceKeep at least 7 ft from the floor to the fixture’s lowest point in open walking areas.

Is this item currently available, and when can I expect delivery?
Availability is shown on the product page. Most standard orders are prepared within 2–5 business days. Small and medium fixtures typically arrive in approximately 5–10 business days after processing; oversized fixtures may take approximately 4–5 weeks.
Can I return a product if it is not right for me?
Eligible, unused and uninstalled products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The item must include its original packaging, accessories and documentation. Customized and made-to-order products may be non-returnable.
What should I do if my order is damaged when delivered?
Keep the product and all packaging, and contact us before installation. Include your order number plus clear photos of the carton, shipping label, complete product and damaged area.
Are replacement parts available?
Replacement parts may be available depending on the product. Send us your order number, product name and a clear photo of the component you need.
Are your lighting fixtures ETL or UL certified?
Certification varies by product and market. Please review the product specifications or ask our team before ordering if your project requires a particular certification.
Can this fixture be installed on a sloped or vaulted ceiling?
Compatibility depends on the canopy and suspension system. Send us your ceiling angle and the product link so we can confirm suitability before purchase.
Does this product require assembly or professional installation?
Some assembly may be required. Lighting must be installed by a qualified licensed electrician, and large fixtures or furniture may require two or more people for safe handling.
